Exercise Class Descriptions

Hatha Yoga – Designed to calm your mind, increase your flexibility and encourage muscle toning and strength (1 hour). Instructor: Deborah

Pilates – Focuses on balance, muscle toning, strength and equilibrium of the mind, soul and body (1 Hour). Instructor: Fionnuala

Super Circuits – The traditional get fit and keep fit class. Works the cardiovascular system and improves muscular endurance (1 hour). Instructor: Rob

Bodyburn – Hone and tone your body in this fun and exhilarating workout (1 hour). Instructor: Cherie

Abs Blast – Everyone hates working their abdominals, so blitz those tummy muscles in a quick fire 20 – 30 minute session (30 mins). Instructor: Rob & Lyndsey

Strength & Conditioning – The perfect way to tone & sculp your whole body. With a focus on the core muscles, which will in turn balance and develop every muscle (1 hour). Instructor: Lyndsey

B.L.T. (Bums, Legs & Tums) - Easy to follow exercise class (no choreography) that targets legs, hips, buttocks and abs (45 minutes). Instructor: Helen

Boxercise - Class that generally incorporates a circuit, containing many of the exercises that boxers do from skipping to punching with weights, press ups, crunches, squat thrusts and tricep dips - basically toning every area of your body (45 minutes). Instructor: Emma

Spin Class – Come along morning, lunch & evening and join one of our instructors for a nice leisurely cycle - but don't forget your towel (45 mins)! Instructors: Rob & Lyndsey

Step - A high intensity step class utilizing the latest step choreography and rhythm-based patterns. Get ready to burn those calories (45 minutes). Instructor: Emma

Zumba - Ditch the workout - Join the PARTY! Latin dance fitness fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program (45 minutes). Instructor: Jacquie
